TEEN Member Share Draft (Checking) Account:
We are here to help you teach your 15-17 year-old financial responsibility! A parent or guardian will sign as the person responsible for the account. Your son or daughter will get a checkbook and VISA Debit card with lower limits to help him or her learn how to manage money. Many teenagers are already holding down a job and driving a car. It is important that he/she develop good spending and saving habits. We are here to help you with this important task so that when your son or daughter is out on his/her own good financial decisions are already instilled in him/her. The same criteria is applied to the TEEN Member checking account as with our other members:

CHECK 21
Check 21 facilitates the electronic exchange of checks, which permits quicker and safer processing of checks. Some checks will clear more quickly because the processing is done electronically. New technology involved in this process will reduce the time between the money leaving your account and reaching the recipient of the check. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO COVER YOUR CHECKS! We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding Check 21.
