**COVID-19 Update to Branch Operations** (Coronavirus)
To Our Valued Members and Staff,
Due to the rising cases in our communities, we will be taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all our employees and members during this difficult time. Effective immediately, we will be closing our lobby and utilizing our drive-thru only. You can call 945-6264 or send a message through your online/mobile banking with any questions.
Our drive-up hours will be Monday – Wednesday 9am – 5pm and Thursday & Friday will be 8am – 5pm. We have our online banking channel open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will also have all our phones lines open so you may reach us during normal banking hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
The safety of our Employees and Members is our #1 priority. Please know, despite this change to our normal business operations, we are not anticipating any service disruption to any of our Members. We have tested and worked remotely during most of 2020 and we are exceptionally well positioned and prepared to be able to deliver the same consistently, great experience we deliver under normal circumstances.
I appreciate your understanding of our precautionary steps we are implementing to protect our Members, Staff, Communities & our families during this difficult time. We will be continuously monitoring these conditions and will update you with any changes.
